Financial Quantitative Analyst (1 position)

Job Description:

• Work with analysists on the day-to-day activities of Fintech Lending, capital-raising, acquisitions, commercial real estate, land, and construction.
• Perform mathematical and statistical model development with a strong understanding of quantitative analysis methods in relation to financial institutions.
• Perform a transaction analysis starting from origination to closing by applying deep expertise in econometric, statistical and machine learning methods to generate critical insights in assessing models, risks and opportunities.
• Analyze financial position of client's companies to create novel analytical solutions to the challenging business problems and make recommendations based on analysis.
• Understand business needs and provide analytical solutions to support a strategy and recommend process improvements for small business.
• Identify opportunities to apply quantitative methods and automation solutions to improve business performance and process efficiencies.
• Develop new and innovative financial or econometric modeling and be able to communicate modeling results to a wide range of audiences.

Required experience/education:

• At least 36 months of experience as a Business Manager, Director and all related.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance and all related.

Sales / Inside Sales (3 Positions)

Responsibilities:

• Cold call businesses using a given phone system and CRM
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Use scripts to provide information about product features etc. and present their benefits
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements
• Be persuasive
• Record the customer's personal information accurately in the CRM
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Skills:

• Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Only those with proficient, concise English language will be considered
• Skilled in negotiation
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection
• High school diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus
